Meet Darin Redmon, Director of Operations:
“My role as Director of Operations at DEX is segmented into a few different functions. The operational function is focused on supporting team members and managing in the day-to-day operations. This includes ensuring the group has the materials to perform their duties. The business function requires delivering business plan results like establishing and delivering sales and profit contribution targets in line with strategic objectives and more. Lastly, as a leader I make decisions, set goals, monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), and ensure proper policies and procedures are in place to make DEX operate efficiently while continuing to be a leader in our industry.”
